As the pandemic continues, we are continuing to create and ship the Plan The Things line. Our wall calendars and planners are printed by a network of printing partners around the world, and none of our providers are currently having any delays in production.
We ship orders with a variety of global shipping companies, some of whom are experiencing delays. It is expected that items which would normally arrive within 2-3 business days will now take 3-4 business days. Please be patient when waiting for your order to arrive.
Our calendars do not have holiday dates printed on them as not all holidays are relevant to all people. There is however plenty of room on your calendar to write in the holidays and events which you observe.
While we do our best to accurately represent the colors of our products on screen with photographs and graphics, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will exactly match the color of your calendar. All devices display colors slightly differently, depending on lighting and screen calibration. Please contact us before purchase if you have any questions about colors.
All of our designs are created here in Portland, Maine. Our large wall calendars and planners are printed from various global locations to save on shipping and resources. If you order a large wall calendar from within Europe, your order will be printed and shipped to you from a European printing partner.
Most orders are processed and sent to ship within 1-3 business days. During the holidays and other busy times, it may take up to 5 business days, please be patient.
You will be notified by email once your order has shipped, and will receive a tracking number for your package. Shipping is handled by over 30 global shipping companies for swift, efficient delivery. The majority of orders are delivered within 2-5 business days, although it can take longer.
Shipping carriers are experiencing some delays due to heavy volume and Covid. Unfortunately delays are out of our control, please be patient while awaiting the arrival of your order.

We have partnered with an awesome organization, One Tree Planted to make sure that for every paper item sold in the shop, one tree is planted. One Tree Planted is reforesting the world by planting trees in North America, Latin America, Asia and Africa.
Each month, once the orders are shipped, we donate a dollar for each paper planner or calendar to One Tree Planted and they use those funds to plant the same number of trees as items sold.
We all need to do our bit to help give back to the planet. Just think, every time that you purchase paper planners from Plan The Things, you are getting your plan on and you're responsible for planting trees. Every single tree helps; let's plant a forest.
We only accept returns on items which are damaged or defective, and they must be returned within 30 days. You can read our full refund policy here. If you have an item that you would like to return, please start the process by emailing us (firstname.lastname@example.org).

Our large wall calendars and planners are printed for us by a network of partner printers all over the globe. If you are in a location where they have a physical presence, sales tax or VAT will be added to your order.
For all other shop orders which are shipped from our studio in Portland, Maine, you will only be charged sales tax if you are a fellow resident of lovely Maine.
Yes we do! Our large scale wall planners and calendars are printed with partners all over the world so that you do not have to pay ridiculous shipping charges or wait for lengthy delivery times to receive your goodies.
All shipping costs are charged at a flat rate, dependent on region; see the shipping page for rates and delivery times.
Please note, your order may need to cross a border on the way to you, and so will need to pass through customs. The customs fee and any import taxes due are not set by us and they are out of our control. Any fees or taxes due are entirely your responsibility. Customs usually require that fees are paid in full before the item will be delivered.

Whilst we work with printers all around the world, orders sometimes have to pass through customs before being delivered. We do not set or have any control over the customs fees and import tax that may be charged. If your order passes through customs, you will be responsible for paying any fees and taxes before your order can be delivered.
Please be sure to put the correct name and address on your order as it cannot be changed once your order has been printed, packaged and mailed.
If you are about to move house, please send the order to your new address rather than your old one in case it is delayed in the mail.
Unfortunately our printing partner does not accept a PO BOX or an AFPO as a delivery address at this time. Please use a physical location to avoid delays and possible non-delivery.
Yes! When your order is mailed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You will be able to track the progress of your delivery by following the link in your email.
Please note it can take a day or two after orders have been sent for the tracking information to appear online.
Please note, due to Covid-19, there are some issues with tracking not showing the location of your order as accurately as it should. Please be patient while waiting for your order to arrive.
Unfortunately we do not offer that option at this time.

Nothing is shipped to you - you will receive the file as a digital download that you can print immediately at home or at a local printer.
Choose the file that you need and add it to your cart. When you check out successfully, you will see a link to download the file and there will also be a link in your confirmation email (please be patient, this can take up to 5 minutes).
You can print the file as often as you like or you can use it in GoodNotes or other apps which allow you to annotate PDF's.
The printables are for personal use only and cannot be used commercially, modified, resold or redistributed.
