SHIPPING RATES + DELIVERY FULFILLMENT TIMES
SHIPPING DELAYS
Shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to heavy volume. Unfortunately delays are out of our control, please be patient while awaiting the arrival of your order. If you need a wall calendar or planner and are pressed for time, you might want to consider purchasing a printable version which is delivered to you immediately as a PDF file that you download and print yourself.
PLEASE NOTE
- Unfortunately our print partner cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO's or BFPO's; please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.
- Please be sure to put the correct name and address on your order as it cannot be changed once your order has been printed, packaged and mailed. If you are about to move house, please send the order to your new address rather than your old one in case it is delayed in the mail.
- Whilst we work with printers all around the world, orders sometimes have to pass through customs before being delivered. We do not set or have any control over the customs fees and import tax that may be charged. If your order passes through customs, you will be responsible for paying any fees and taxes before your order will be delivered.
- Digital downloads / printables will not be shipped to you - when purchasing printables you are purchasing a PDF file for instant download that you will then need to print, either by yourself or a local print shop. Please double check if you are ordering a calendar printed on paper that will be shipped to you or a digital download file before purchase.

FULFILLMENT + SHIPPING = DELIVERY TIME
Orders are usually fulfilled (printed and packed) within 2-5 business days, although there may occasionally be slight delays due to heavy volume. As our wall calendars and planners are printed by partner companies all around the world, most orders will take an additional 2-5 business days of shipping time to be delivered.
